Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive or Assistant Manager in ensuring a reliable operation of all production lines equipment at optimal cost.
- Ensure safety at work and compliance of standard operating procedures.
- Implementation of World Class Operations
- Ensure appropriate parts are ready for production lines maintenance
- Implement plant & production & packaging projects
- Train and develop staff, maintain discipline in the workplace and ensure company objectives are conveyed to engineering staffs
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related discipline; or solid work experience in production line maintenance
- At least one years’ relevant experience in engineering;
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Energy saving and Environmental protection
- Knowledge on the requirements of World Class Operations
- Knowledge on Engineering and Machinery Maintenance
- Good in Trouble Shooting Skills &Supervisory and coaching skill
