Job Description

Reporting to the QA Manager, the job holder will provide input and insight to ensure our Operations partners can meet and exceed the Starbucks QA standard. Ensuring the highest level of product quality, partner’s pride and customer experience is also our QA mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare store monitoring program to ensure all the product and environmental quality are comply with regulations, analyze data to identify opportunities and consolidate continuous improvement plan.
  • Ensure operation quality requirements are being fulfilled through effective monitoring and verifying corrective action plan.
  • Conduct practices and process assessments to measure compliance with standards, summarize findings and provide systematic solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Identify best practices and lead teams to implement continuous improvement projects and drive for timely results with quality outputs.
  • Assess and facilitate complaint investigations through review of production workflow and scrutinize deviations from records and documents.
  • Compile and report quality metrics on a periodic basis, highlight trends and potential opportunitiesand share insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide timely updates on operating procedures & manuals, operational tools and quality programs on eLearning platform to sustain the QA standards.
  • Partnering with cross-functional team to facilitate and support risk assessment or regulatory compliance discussion.
  • Work with external vendors to strengthen environmental hygiene program.
  • Responsible for daily QA related documental work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Food Safety & Technology or related disciplines
  • 5 yrs relevant working experience in F&B industry, preferably from Retail business
  • Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  •  Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and video editing tool is a definite advantage
