- Support the material development for sourcing team, especially new technology innovation.
- Align material quality and standard with suppliers and customers.
- Assist purchasing and merchandising teams for color approval.
- Work with MQC to support warehouse for the raw material approval.
- Analyze risks in bulk production process during the development stage with the development team.
- Assess the suppliers’ technical abilities regularly to advise the strategic planning for management.
- Lab report results’ negotiation with external labs.
- Perform ad hoc project as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Textile.
- At least 5 years relevant experience with lab exposure is preferable.
- Candidate with bonding experience is a plus.
- Strong awareness in fabric technology trend.
- Creative and self-initiative.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Occasional travel is required
- More exeperience will consider to be Senior Fabric Technologist
