Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the organization’s procedures and standards are complied with the CAD requirements and operators’ specifications when carrying out tire re-treading
• Ensuring the competence of all production staff engaged in production by establishing a programme of training, on-the-job instruction and staff assessment
• Performing the daily administration of the Production department
• Ensuring the aptitude, product knowledge and the quality concept of the production staff
• Ensuring production staff understand and follow work safety practices
• Collaborating with the Customer Services Department to study the best services to give operators from the point of view of delivery times and production planning
• Controlling of the Production Cost, Conversion Cost and Productivity
• Cooperating with other departments (Maintenance, Plant Engineering, Safety & Quality, Technical Services, etc.) for the prompt delivery of high quality products and services to the customer

Requirements:

• Degree level, at least 3 years working experience in manufacturing or trading company
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Strong leadership and problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive, independent and able to work under high pressure
• Experience in aviation industry is highly preferable
