KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide project-wide support on all administrative processes including day-today project liaison with internal and external parties, preparation of project documents, records, samples and maintenance of records
• Manage project processes, progress reporting and escalation
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations and system update
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal parties on project progress

REQUIREMENT:

• Higher Diploma in business discipline
• Minimum 2-3 year working experience, preferably in print or packaging industry
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and proficient with numbers
• Ability to perform multi-task, work under deadline pressure, work independently and be a good team player
• Pro-active, fast learner, adaptable to change in a fast-changing environment
• Occasional traveling to PRC is required
• Candidate over 5 years experience will be considered as Project Manager
