Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement
• Assess/Evaluate potential suppliers from the perspective of (including but not limited to) Pricing, Quality, Capability, & Reliability
• Manage entire procurement process from request for quotations, negotiations, bulk order management to shipment and logistics
• Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs, requirements and overall market trends
• Conduct research and analysis on suppliers and industry / market trends
• Consolidate and present products update to sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Gifts & Premiums / Printing is preferable
• Ability to work independently and aggressively
• Mature, stable, self-motivated with excellent communication skill, positive attitude, able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in speaking of English & Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
