An innovative and fast growing HK based agricultural and food company is looking for a operation manager to develop and manage the retail and food service business for the HK and Macau market. Our  product already listed in major retailers, 5 star hotels, clubs and chained restaurants with a solid customer base. We offer attractive salary and fringe  benefits. It is a five days job. Responsibilities: 

• Directly report to CEO
• Liaise with different departments including farm, processing plant and logistic partner;
•  Work closely with different functional teams to monitor, review, improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Maintain and improve internal key performance indicators
• Drive for cost saving initiative and operation efficiency;
• Conduct data collection and analysis for process mapping, budgeting and cost analysis to determine improvement in operational efficiency
• Assist top management to monitor the monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L in the department
• Diagnose existing problems of operations and solve them by cooperating with other departments or teams
• Prepare operational reports for management review;
• Frequently travel to China
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 10 years of operation experience, with Food, and FMCG industry would be an advantage 
• Experience in managing supply chain and market place in China is a must
• Good understanding of E-business, Finance, Fulfillment, Logistics is preferred
• A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills to drive business/marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude 
• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
