Key Responsibilities:

• Focus and drive for Technical, Quality Assurance & Control, Production and Finishing
• Diagnose production and quality problems, finished goods with FOB/CMT- team and QA / technical team to provide solution to resolve problems
• Lead and manage the global quality assurance / control operations
• Right-First-Time approach - ensure the factories are well-trained and aware of the company's product standards
• Review and evaluate inspection reports when needed to ensure products are of required quality
• Provide corrective plans and monitor improvement for vendors to upgrade their capability
• Review quality manual regularly to ensure necessary updates are made
• Able to identify quality issues and provide technical support, recommendations to management, counterparts and factories
• Handle quality issues and/or compliant with a hands on attitude in order to ensure that all parties involved are aware of how to avoid such issues from happening again
• Improve the vendors' abilities in terms of their quality management, production efficiency, product capabilities etc.
• Provide problem solving and technical support for internal and external teams
• Proactively identify potential development/production difficulties and ensure such information is communicated accordingly with relevant parties

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clothing/Textile, quality management, textile/apparel, merchandising or related discipline
• At least 10 years solid experience in garment QA/QC field, quality assurance and technical management
• Strong understanding in Garment Inspection, Fitting & Approval, Factory Audit & Compliance, Production Efficiency & Processes Improvement
• Thorough knowledge and experience in all kinds of apparel items especially on denim and woven, with focus on European Market. 
• Exposure in China and offshore production and good track record in driving quality improvement in these regions
• Passion high-end fashion product knowledge in quality assurance and technical management
• Sound decision making, based on situation analysis and risk assessment
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Frequency travel to offshore countries is required such as Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, China etc ……….
• Strong computer knowledge and MS Office applications
