1. Euro MNC in providing retail digitization solution. The solution incorporates Internet of Things (IoT) technology, device and mobile / software application. Their business are rapidly growing with core customer base in European & the US.

2. A leading apparel manufacturing group. They have 50,000+ employees globally. The team is at Centre of Excellence and key focus to drive re-engineering projects.

Upon new client projects on board in 2020, they are now having additional headcounts to oversee self-owned / outsourced production lines in China & Asia countries. The team is lean in HK with MNC management style. If you are a self-drive person, you will enjoy the flexibility that the environment offers!

Job Description

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible to oversee production status in Asia:

• Effectively work with product development, sales, procurement and other internal teams to ensure production orders are completed according to product specification and timeline, so that the project timeline / product-to-market is on tracked
• Investigate on production issues, participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process
• Drive re-engineering projects in manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to factory layout setup, workflow redesign, SOP setup
• Plan & drive manufacturing related continuous improvement projects with outsourced factories and EMS
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across the globe to implement automation processes and initiatives
• Identify & implement new technologies, production methodology into the production line

Why you?

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any electronics / mechanical / industrial engineering or technology disciplines
• 4+ years of experience as an industrial engineer / quality assurance (QA) position in manufacturing or related industry
• Open for any industry background with manufacturing experience
• Prior exposure in factory environment with high production volume
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Tracked records in project management
• Lean Manufacturing experience or six sigma certification will be definite advantage
• Willing to conduct China & Asia travels
