Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in sampling, product development and mass production follow up
• Handling material sourcing, sampling, product development & production orders
• Work closely with the designer in sample checking & comment
• Work closely with vendors in price negotiation, sampling, product development, quality inspection, and to ensure on-time sample & bulk production delivery
• Manage & Update WIP
• Assist in other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines, 1-3 years or above solid merchandising experience in the garment industry with factory experience is preferable
• Experience with handling both Mens' Knit & Woven wear. Having knowledge in Active Wear & Functional Wear is a plus
• Experience in managing & update WIP reports & prepare of quotation sheets
• Successful candidates must be able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative and responsible
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Sound knowledge in MS Office & Adobe Illustrator operations
• Business Travel is required when necessary
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
