Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop quality assurance programs for distribution centers in accordance with ISO9001 requirement and other standards imposed by customer.
• Develop various training programs, and deliver or arrange training to related staffs
• Manage the quality control function of the Value Added Service operation and meet customer’s requirements
• Design and implement an internal audit oversight program covering all internal functional activities and quality, safety & security related process in line with corporate policy and emergency Response and Business continuity program.
• Ownership and assessment of QMS activities to ensure ongoing conformance with the relevant recognized and representing the department during any external audit process.
• Analysis, recommend and implement programs related to QMS for continual improvement in its operation and effectiveness.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate in science or engineering disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Representative experience and completed ISO 9001 lead auditor course
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, TAPA is an advantage
• Self-motivated, good problem solving and communicate skills.
• Ability to relate to all levels, both inside and outside the organization
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment, willing to take ownership and initiatives, with results-oriented
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available would be advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
