Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for visibility and promotion activities development with good understandings of sales channels and specific needs of customers
• Maximize sales potential of sales channels by advocating prioritization and standardization to different channels
• Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of in-store promotion activities 
• Monitor evaluate efficiency of promotion campaigns and adjust strategies to cater changing market needs 
• Collect and analyse market data to identify new opportunities in marketing and process improvement 
• Work closely with internal sales, merchandising, promoter as well as external counterparts to ensure expected outcomes of promotion campaigns
• Work closely with internal marketing and creative team to develop all in-store promotion materials in alignment with overall promotion and sales strategies 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred;
• 3-4 years’ experience in trade marketing duties. 
• Good knowledge in FMCG & Household Care industry is highly preferred
• Advanced understanding of Sales  Channels, Consumer and Market Intelligence 
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  
• Proficient PC skills 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Trade Marketing Manager
