Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises
- To liaise with real estate agents
- To analyse market trends and prepare leasing reports
Requirements:
- University graduates in related discipline
- With at least 3 years' solid experience in retail leasing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
