Job Description

We are looking for a highly personable individual with an interest in Education to be the front of house staff at our Lab education centre in Causeway Bay. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong drive on achieving business goals with creative methods, we would like to meet you.

 

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting all operational responsibilities of Lab: including class scheduling, handling transactions and tutor management
  • Student recruitment: by reaching F.3-F.6 students and parents via phone and email to maintain a sustainable growth of students
  • Taking initiatives with all local marketing and sales 
  • Establish and maintain long term rapport with students and parents
  • Provide training to tutors in conducting classes according to established lessons and students’ needs

 

Requirements

  • Good communication and presentation skills, detail oriented and well organized. Strong team and project management skills

  • 1 year of telesales/sales experience; strong passion in education and sales-motivation

  • Strong command of both spoken and written English.
