Are you looking for a global opportunity based in Hong Kong?  As the Head of Digital Marketing in M800, you are the cornerstone of the organization - leading the organization’s 360 degrees marketing globally. 

You'll lead a team of marketing professionals to raise brand awareness through social media and PR activities, drive online sales and form key alliances for business growth.   

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the global go-to-market strategies for M800 products and services through company web site, Omni-channels, international trade shows, PR and networking events
• Build, manage and monitor the e-commerce platform and other digital marketing channels to achieve B2B sales targets, develop business opportunities and promote the brand awareness
• Generate sales lead by creating best-in-class customer journey experience
• Oversee the digital content, formulate marketing budget, track the performance and cost effectiveness
• Manage SEM and optimize social media performance/SEO in driving customer engagement and achieving customer acquisition and paid service upgrade/conversion targets
• Manage the legal and contractual issues of online business
• Manage the pre-sales, sales support, customer inquiries, comments and complaints on online business and customer inquiries
• Source and manage the agencies, freelancers, consultants and influencers for ensuring the deliverable quality
• Build and maintain strong network with partners and associations as the gatekeeper and voice of the brand
• Collaborate with internal teams for improving the company web site, providing market research and producing sales materials
• Provide competitor & data-driven market analysis and digital marketing trend reports to management and stakeholders
• Plan and lead the global marketing strategies online - from website optimization and paid media to drive business growth on our online platform  

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Management related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing function as a department head in sizable companies
• Extensive exposure in marketing of B2B technology, software solutions, CRM and ERP to MNCs in global market
• Solid and successful track record of launching new IT/software solutions
• Sound knowledge in building web site and knowledge in UX/UI design
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English & Chinese
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skill and sensitive in figures
• Highly organized with good time management
• Result oriented, self-driven, able to handle multitask efficiently
• Poses deep understanding of tools and systems for online marketing
