Senior Copywriter / Digital Marketing Specialist 

We’re seeking some fabulous full-time super-committed new faces to join our digital marketing team who are hungry to succeed and eager to bust out of the box with a solutions-focus approach. We need a few talented writers/ digital content developers who can:

• Write effective editorial content for eDM, social media, blogs, websites, press release, etc.
• Come up with great story ideas with the team. Take ownership of the creation and publishing of a range of different types of compelling content.
• Provide timely content and update on websites, social media and global media channels.
• Maintain the tone, integrity and framework of publications and websites.
• Write, edit and proof articles, adverts, social media and websites to perfection.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing/ technical content.
• Conduct research, identify trends and insights to support successful international market penetration.
• Liaise with a diverse range of clients and contacts. Trigger conversions by promoting and providing best product information to existing and potential clients.
• Other marketing duties such as event planning and organization, media relations, stakeholder engagement, etc.

Requirements:

• Native or highly proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or college graduate in English language, Journalism, Communication, Translation, Marketing or PR related disciplines.
• 5+ years experience in copywriting/ technical writing/ creative writing for media company, MNC, or known brand of IT / Internet / Software products.
• Produce quality copy in a timely manner and work under tight deadlines.
• Write in succinct and concise manner with impeccable grammatical skills.
• Internet savvy. Possess diverse set of digital marketing knowledge and skills such as SEO, PPC, AdWords, A/B testing, emails, and social media.
• Strong research skills. Able to understand technical details and translate the concepts to engaging articles.
• Ability to think outside the box to maximize your creativity.
• Understand sales process and/or marketing process, ideally, experience or aptitude in these areas.
• Experience in customer service/ call center is an asset.
• A graceful multi-tasker who is highly responsible, organized, and proactive with can-do attitude.
