La Prestige House Ltd. is a coffee and wine trading company in Hong Kong. We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Assist in general admin work
• Assist in marketing research, marketing posters and materials
• Update and manage the product/promotion details on the company website and create promotional materials

Requirements:

• University graduate;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in use of adobe illustrator, MS word, excel and Chinese word processing is a must;
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented;
• Immediate availability is an advantage, fresh graduate also welcome;
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
• Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Five-day Work)
