Job Descriptions:

• To support the Senior Manager to maintain effective communication with external counter parties and internal departments on the development of the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS) and support business promotions;
• To arrange and take part in seminars and training for participating lenders and external stakeholders;
• To handle customer service hotline and complaints;
• To participate in ad hoc duties or projects; and
• The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline;
• A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in SME or commercial lending with reputable
• Authorized Institutions;
• Attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently, under pressure and
• meet tight deadlines;
• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and willing to take up new responsibilities;
• Strong analytical, organizing and communication skills and management capability;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
• Proven experience in preparation of business correspondence and good telephone manner.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Associate.
