Post: Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle e-commerce documentation work
• Handle client's enquiries and provide customer service support
• Assist Business Development Manager and business development team to follow up key accounts and project status
• Manage Social Media channels and develop viral programs
• Plan and executive advertising campaign including media planning and creative development
• Execute projects and maintain relationship with clients
• Perform administrative support to management
• Handle general clerical work and administration duties
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and prepare weekly reports to management
• Prepare and organize marketing materials; and present to potential clients
• Communicate well and work closely with business development team

Requirements

• Understand that content marketing is the future trend of marketing industry
• At least 1 year experience in marketing field, preferably in the relevant industries such as e-commerce, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, investor relations, advertising and/or media
• Self-motivated, energetic and ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
