Job Description

The World's largest textile and apparel manufacturer with over 40 years of history is currently looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join their Hong Kong office. This person will assist the Head of Corporate Communications in building and enhancing the corporate image, public relations, communications and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. He/she will lead and deliver communication strategies, plans and tactical implementation of corporate initiatives to support business, functional and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement comprehensive communications strategies for the business
  • Strengthen the ties with local Corporate Communications teams to ensure key corporate messages are upheld, align the practices as well as the qualities of projects
  • Analyze and improve the effectiveness of current external and internal communications channels
  • Manage internal and external corporate events/projects, and other ad-hoc projects
  • Handle media, government and stakeholder relations
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders such as HR in running cross-functional projects
  • Occasional business travel whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 8 to 10 years of corporate communications / event experience, preferably from a sizable business. Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Corporate Communications Manager
  • Greater China market experience is a must 
  • Strong project and event management experience and able to connect well with senior leaders
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Experienced in initiating and running market campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness
