Job Description

What you will learn

  • Learn an advanced system to be a top sales
  • Learn the skills of pitching, negotiation, prospecting and other sales-related skills
  • Learn the EventXtra products and messaging
  • Develop industry/product knowledge by conducting market research and communicating with prospects
  • Learn the tools necessary to make you successful such as Salesforce Linkedin, Zoom, email software, etc.

 

What you will do

  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified objectives and quotas
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing activities towards targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns.
  • Perform initial needs assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how EventXtra’s solutions could address those needs.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Develop and increase industry/product knowledge and acumen to position EventXtra’s value proposition to multiple vertical segments.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Conduct research to expand prospect list using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other methods
  • Set up meeting & Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
  • Actively participate in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings for the Sales team.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • 1-5 years of sales or marketing experience is also preferred.
  • Hunger for learning & fast learner
  • A dynamic “hunter” personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential
  • Team-oriented with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations & communication. (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continuous learning and improvement
  • Fluent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

 

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in the software industry is tech-savviness a plus
  • Know Japanese is a plus
  • Know Korean is a plus
