DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a global foreign exchange group and they are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Financial Services Group | SFC Registered Firm | In-house ) to their business operations. In this role, a successful candidate will increase productivity, inspire and motivate team member to optimize the company’s market share. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search engine (e.g. Google and Baidu) 
• Perform online advertising by SEM across all digital channels includes PPC, digital Ad, Social Media Ad and Ad Campaigns
• Manage social media platforms strategy (WeChat, Facebook) includes content creation and monitoring
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Improve services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in FX Businesses
• Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities, occasionally business trip to south-east Asia are required
• Assist with marketing ad-hoc duties as required  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or equivalence 
• Minimum 5 years' digital marketing relevance working experience, prior digital marketing exposure within financial services, FX business or SFC registered firms  will be an advantageous 
  
• Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google & Baidu are beneficial 
• Self-motivated, attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Demonstrably understanding of how to use market insight to create compelling propositions
• Proven verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently and articulately at board and executive level
• Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written
