We are now looking for an Event Officer to join our dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for different projects including Startup programs, Internship programs and exhibitions, from event planning to on-site execution;
• Initiate and draft project proposals and reports;
• Communicate with all parties and be proactive on problem solving to ensure smooth running of projects;
• Liaise, coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of work, within deadline and budget;
• Assist in marketing and promotional campaign;
• Perform clerical support for the team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned;
• Occasional travel to project sites in PRC (mainly in Greater Bay Area and other big cities) 

Requirements:

• University degree holder, preferably with 1-2 years working experience;
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates with will be considered as Event Assistant;
• Good communication skill and event management skill;
• Language skills in both writing and verbal Chinese;
• Strong at social media and digital marketing;
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;
• Responsible and harding working, detail-oriented with positive working attitude and can do spirit;
• Additional skills on Graphic Design, Chinese writing, IT support is definitely a plus to win the job;
