Company Profile

Our client is a Hong Kong listed financial institution, offering comprehensive range of financial products and services. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest Japanese securities brokerage. With its global network and international client bases, the firm has global network in coordination with overseas offices and branches within its holding company. Due to continual expansion and business needs, it is currently looking for a Corporate Access Officer.

Exciting new role for you

You will be providing full sets of consultative and logistic arrangements to bring together investors and clients around the world for the company. You will be facilitating and building the relationship among stakeholders with the company. You will be responsible to perform logistic arrangements associated with travels and for different event coordination such as industry events, seminars, roadshows and conferences. You will be handling ad hoc projects and administrative work such as updating data in company’s system and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in financial institutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
