Responsibilities:

• Support corporate communications plan to facilitate effective internal and external communications
  
• Prepare communications materials, corporate publications, audio visual materials, press release, newsletter, online promotion messages, corporate video, literature and brochure
• Assist in execution of brand management, advertising sales & marketing communication campaign on different online & printed channels
• Explore new opportunities for media coverage, collaboration and networking for promoting corporate image
• Coordinate with agencies & suppliers to ensure the quality of deliverable
• Experience in working with Mainland partners is preferable
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing /  Languages or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate affairs / marketing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong communications, presentation and PR skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Detailed-minded, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant - Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations
