Responsibilities: 

• Plan and implement marketing campaign, including ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, CRM and instore
• Liaise with agencies, internal and external parties to execute marketing and promotion programs
• Closely communicate with operation team to enhance business performance
• Implement the plan and strategy for product category development
• Conduct market research to analyze and understand consumer needs and market trend
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness to imply to future strategy
• Manage the marketing spending

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• 3 years or above marketing experience in similar capacity, retail, F&B or FMCG industry, with exposure in managing marketing and branding programs
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and website applications
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, well-organized, be able to work under pressure and independent
