Our client is a leading, well-known law firm with a long history in Hong Kong. Due to exciting new opportunities ahead, they now invite an experienced marketing professional with relevant experience and ambitions to join their reputable, professional team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role is part of a sizable BD team where they oversee and develop marketing plans and strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and continue to build a clear brand proposition in the market.

In this position, you will be the leader and go-to person on all matters relating to branding, marketing and communications. You will oversee and develop content for internal and external communication platforms or channels, crisis management and other key communications projects. You will ensure all marketing communications initiatives are integrated and optimized across all channels and support the overall firmwide goals, strategy, values and brand.

With the support of an Executive, you will manage production, coordination and editing on all marketing materials within the firm, including brochures, technical guides, legal briefings, newsletter campaigns, capability descriptions, bios, press releases and other collateral. You will be first port of call for media enquiries. You will build relationships with trade and national press and support key spokespeople build and maintain their relationships.

To qualify

The successful candidate will be resilient, diligent, meticulous and have an excellent ability to communicate with people from varied backgrounds and of different levels of seniority.

• Degree or above educated in Marketing/ Journalism
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in legal or professional services organisations
• Exceptional written and editing skills in English
• Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) advantageous but not a must
• Strong organization and time management skills
