Our client, a leading multinational pharma marketing company , is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical (#40248).

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the growth of Sales of the Marketing Platform Business among both Hong Kong and regional based clients.
• Leading the marketing platform division and provide strong leadership for sales teams to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and related KPI.
• Proactively identify new commercial opportunities based on understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape, analysis and leveraging market research and understanding of company strength and market position.
• Develop new opportunities, particularly in relation to media solutions on digital and engagement products for pharmaceutical clients.
• Prepare sales reports to forecast revenue growth and business opportunities. 
• Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Health-Sciences, Business Management or relevant fields are preferred
• 5+ years’ sales leadership role in the pharmaceutical/healthcare, agency or media industry
• Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare or media industry
• Experience leading key client accounts servicing of pharmaceutical firms in relation to digital strategy and medical communications projects
• Sound team management experience  is required
• A recognized bachelor’s degree; preferably in Health-Sciences or Business Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
