These are 3 different jobs. Our clients are local based retail banks. They are now looking for matched section head type candidates for these multiple jobs to expand business.

For each of these 3 jobs,

Duties:

• Lead a team of around 5 to 15+ members to own and work on bank’s [credit card or consumer loan or mortgage] products.
• Responsible for the whole spectrum of management duties such as future road map, features enhancement, product vision, product design, profit & loss, customer journey, product privileges, usage expansion, product pricing, marketing strategies, target segments etc.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, credit, customer service, risk, compliance teams to ensure all work procedures and in full compliance to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Bring in digital transformation of present product features into digital online mobile platforms to increase customer interest and usage coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum around 5 to 8+ years relevant work experience in bank or finance company for leading role in [credit card or consumer loan or mortgage] products ownership, product design, operations or profile & loss duties.
• Strong leadership skills of leading teams around 5 to 15+ persons or more.
• Highly sensitive on market conditions and competitors offers
