We are now looking for a talented Assistant Community Manager/ Community Manager to be part of our dynamic team for the co- creative space at Kwun Tong and Causeway, provision of a wide range of support including business development, marketing and space daily operations. 

Working Location: Kwun Tong and Causeway Bay

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Director for business performance, periodic forecast and competition analysis;
• Link up tenants who may benefit from each other in term of business natures;
• Maximise the business potentials;
• Overview the Profit and Loss for the azalvo business in Hong Kong;
• Plan and strategise smart marketing/ community projects (e.g. advertisements, sales plan, investing in signs, banners, community involvement);
• Handle tenants’ complaints when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder related in BBA or other relevant subjects;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese;
• Proven experience from office administration, marketing or business development;
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. PowerPoint and coworking software);
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Digital marketing experience;
• Fast learner and adapt to new working environment. Can handle ad-hoc task independently.
