Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotation and order follow up with customers independently.
- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and attend to marketing campaigns and promotion events, e.g. Exhibitions, sales meetings.
- Provide support on AD HOC projects.
- Follow sales orders and create sales documents such as Quotation, PO, OI.
- Handle samples approval and arrange product testing for clients.
- Daily filling and documentation.
- Occasional business trip to Oversea & China
Requirements:
- F.5 / F.6 or above, high-diploma or degree holder preferable.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- Good Microsoft & PC knowledge.
- Self-motivated, sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving skills & communication skills
- Experience in premium items and OEM products is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate or less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser.
