Our client, a well-known bank, is looking for a high caliber to join their human resources function.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee engagement plan and initiatives through different channels (e.g. staff activities, employee recognition program and survey, team building, star award and…etc.)
• Develop and implement of corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives in accordance with the Bank’s core values and management directions
• Promote bank-wide employee communications through online employee portal and quarterly staff forum to increase employee engagement and obtain feedback from employees 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement various employee engagement programs
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of engagement experience; with exposure in banking industry is preferable
• Knowledge and experience in developing staff engagement & recognition activities especially in financial and professional industry
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
