Responsibilities:

• Assist GM to formulate and develop publishing plan for Chinese books
• Supervise a team of editors to edit and proofread Chinese manuscripts from writers and generate ideas on book's layout design
• Supervise and execute overall publication logistics including quality control and coordination with suppliers, freelancers, production house and printing companies

Requirements:

• University graduate in Chinese Language, Journalism or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years' working experience in Publication industry with at least 1-2 years' in supervisory / managerial level
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good communication & presentation skills, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
