Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with different parties, including the marketing firm and other service vendors, government or commercial partners, HKU and service operators, in order to implement the marketing plan
  • Map the social media landscape of youth and cover their usage, i.e. communication and interaction, across a range of social media platforms and channels
  • Articulate the role of New Social Worker in using social media strategically as intervention approach in promoting mental health and changing help seeking mindset of users
  • Assess the effectiveness of youth engagement strategies in social media platform
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Communications or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated social media experience with online execution skills
  • Good understanding of the youth culture and basic knowledge of mental wellness
  • Proactive, creative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
  • A team player with good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with the user of social media
