Responsibilities:

• An enthusiastic Editorial Designer with a passion for journalism, and strong experience in Luxury Publication
• Participate in the layout and content of the magazine, liaising with the respective editorial team members
• Assist with page proofs prior to printing.
• Own the delivery of the magazine to the printers, working with the production team
• Work on the delivery of graphics solutions for Magazine Publication
• Provide photo and graphic support to editorial teams as needed
• Oversee your own projects through to completion
• Research, organize and assign photography and illustrations
• Assist in the coordination of photo shoots
• Prepare files and images for press: image retouch, clipping, layering, etc.
• Follow and maintain branding standards

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic design or media-related equivalent and 3-5 years of print experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in Multimedia/ Interactive/ Graphic is highly preferred;
• Understanding of UI/UX, User Interface Design on various platforms (website, mobile app, etc)
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Must understand basic prepress production of print files
• Sense of responsibility, good communication, self-motivatedand a friendly, positive attitude
• A self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a MUST
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese/ Mandarin is an advantage
• Portfolio is a MUST
• Able to start immediately or soon after
