Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, design and implementation and commissioning of new print and electronic publishing projects
- Ensure project budget management is in control and on target
- Establish and maintain professional network by liaising with authors, freelance contributors, teachers and academic consultants
- Ensure the quality of the publications by supervising and reviewing all stages of subordinates’ work
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in market research, promotion and sales activities
- Collaborate with design, production and technical teams on publishing and digital/multimedia productions
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Chinese language or related discipline
- Editorial experiences in educational books
- Experience in digital publishing is an advantage
- High level of literacy in written Chinese and Putonghua knowledge
- Excellent inter-personal skills, team player, adaptable, flexible
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as senior positions
