Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) handling (includes drugs, consumables, instruments, equipment, non-drug items)
• Assists in EPO monitoring & follow ups
• Sourcing alternative drugs at medicine center’s request
• Assists in stock management
• Assist in documentation and operations required for Central Purchase, in compliance with the pharmaceutical storage requirements and record keeping for Wholesale Dealer Licence (Poisons), Antibiotics Permit, etc.
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required (e.g. drugs & vaccine price list update)
• Assist to monitor the compliance of drug dispensary policy

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• With at least 1 year experience in procurement and sourcing of pharmaceutical supplies in Hospital or Drug stores or Public or others
• With dispensing qualification background/experience will be advantage
• Reliable, well-organized, result-oriented, detail-minded, good analytical skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Applications)
