Job Description
Job responsibilities :
- Assist doctors in consultation and minor operations
- Answer patients’ inquiry and appointment booking
- Conduct health check and clinical procedures
- Handle enquiries and appointments
- Handle contract patients(medical card)
- Locations based in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai or Tsim Sha Tsui
Job requirements :
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above
- 1-2 years’ experience in medical services
- Certificate in Health Care Assistant Training and experience in blood taking or serving different specialties are preferred
- Good customer service skills, responsible, self-motivated, and good interpersonal &communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Computer literate (Office, Chinese input method)
