Job Description

Job Duties

  • Report to the director-in-charge and work closely with other members of the Senior Management Team
  • Develop Procurement Strategy to align corporate strategy and support the growth plan
  • Refine and implement Procurement policy across the organization
  • Responsible for Procurement compliance and carry out internal audit for Procurement activities
  • Lead and coordinate business requirement during the contract negotiation
  • Manage the RFQ/RFI/RFP process and endorse procurement documents
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and drive the implementation to achieve actual saving
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluation and provide recommendations
  • Assisting the director-in-charge in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At Least 6 years or above of experience in procurement and contract management skills gained from MNCs or sizable companies
  • Experience in IT/Marketing field is desirable
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Advance user in MS Excel/Access and ERP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
