Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR & Administration services including payroll execution, staffing, retention, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and other administration services;
- Supervise and lead a team on day to day HR & Administration operational issues;
- Drive HR & Admin initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture, staff engagement, etc;
- Review and formulate HR policies and procedures to meet business requirements;
- Oversee the administrative operations and factory facilities management;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in HR Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 15 years of HR and Admin experience with 5 years in managerial level preferably in Manufacturing Industry;
- Well versed in PRC labour ordinance and market practices in Guangdong area;
- Proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Personality: People focused, flexible, detail-minded;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving & analytic skills, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking, organized and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Mandarin;
- Stationed in PRC;
- Immediately available are highly preferred.
