Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of HR & Administration services including payroll execution, staffing, retention, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and other administration services;
• Supervise and lead a team on day to day HR & Administration operational issues;
• Drive HR & Admin initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture, staff engagement, etc;
• Review and formulate HR policies and procedures to meet business requirements;
• Oversee the administrative operations and factory facilities management;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in HR Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
• At least 15 years of HR and Admin experience with 5 years in managerial level preferably in Manufacturing Industry;
• Well versed in PRC labour ordinance and market practices in Guangdong area;
• Proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Personality: People focused, flexible, detail-minded;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving & analytic skills, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking, organized and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Stationed in PRC;
• Immediately available are highly preferred.
