Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder
• 2-3 years relevant experience in general merchandising support
• Previous experience in beauty and personal care products is required
• Background from trading or buying office would be an advantage
• Detail-minded, adaptable, self-initiative with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow up orders from quotation, development to bulk production
• Coordinate with overseas clients and factory for orders arrangement
• Perform sourcing duties and price & terms negotiations with suppliers
• Responsible for sample arrangement and logistics coordination
