Our client is a one of the listed leading fashion accessories group with international presence, their Hong Kong HQ is looking for an Assistant Business development manager(Fashion Accessories Brands I Frequent APAC Business Trip) to join their dynamic Sales & Account management team. To thrive in this role, candidate will need to have a strong communication skills and passionate towards to further develop in Fashion & Eye-wear industry, a great exposure overseeing APAC market with Frequent Business Trip required.   

Responsibilities:

• Developing new distribution channels via APAC region 
• Maintain a positive business relationships with the existing privilege clients (APAC Region) 
• Collaborate with Marketing team in the brand building activities of licensed brands
• Deriving and monitoring business plans to achieve short term and long term goals
• Frequent business trip for client visit among APAC region, exhibitions, sales and marketing events in Hong Kong
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or tertiary educational background  equivalence 
• Min 2 years of business development, account servicing or an equivalence role in managing OEM clients ( Prior experiences in Eye wear, watches and Fashion accessories product line will be beneficial)  
• Good team player,self-motivated and responsible; passionate explore in fashion industry 
• work independently with good organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to attending a frequent Business trip to APAC region
