Responsibilities:

• To monitor the status from pre-contract to project completion with full satisfactory.
• Mainly work closely with Construction Department / Logistics technology Department
• Exploring sub-contractors and suppliers for the most competitive cost price for quality products.
• Reviewing and implementing the sub-contract.

Requirement:

• Degree holder / High Diploma in Q.S. / Procurement or related discipline is preferred.
• Familiar with cost analysis/ PO/ contract terms knowledge is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years’ subletting and procurement experience in either construction, fitting-out, or logistics technology.
• Capable to review the tender and draft the sub-contract document.
• To negotiate T&C with potential subcontractors independently.
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  
• Experience in China market is an advantage.
