Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise QA team
• Work closely with all internal teams, vendors and HQ to ensure that the quality standard of the company is truly understood and maintained throughout the business
• Provide problem solving and technical support for internal and external teams
• Conduct ongoing reviews of the processes to ensure continuous improvement in the factories;
• Handle quality issues and/or compliant with a hands-on attitude in order to ensure that all parties involved are aware of how to avoid such issues from happening again
• Manage and coach the team with clear development planning and make sure the team's performance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 8 years solid experience in QA/QC field with at least 3 years at managerial level;
• Good leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Preferably experience working in manufacturing environment;
• Frequency travel to China is needed
• Immediately available is preferred
