Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Active in food products, ingredients and new supplier sourcing
- Experience in customs clearance and permit handling is an advantage
- Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement in order to support daily operations
- Supplier management, price negotiation, quality control and food safety management on the supply side
- Monitor daily operation of the warehouse and inventory management
- Perform Ad hoc project as assigned by company
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin. Good command of Japanese is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Flexible, willing to work overtime, able to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Passionate about food products
- 1-2 years experience, F&B industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, MS Access to manage and analyse data
