Responsibilities:

1. Receiving export orders from APAC distributors;
2. Issuing export documents (invoice, packing list);
3. Requesting/monitoring/ reconciling payment records for both APAC distributors & intragroup company;
4. Work closely with Finance Team to analysing letters of credit & payment reconciliation;
5. Monitoring production with factories (China, Europe) and headquarters (Brazil);
6. Monitoring & update shipments schedule;
7. Reviewing and preparing monthly P&L and other reports for internal or regulatory purpose;
8. Supporting sales, merchandising and finance team with reports and ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma holder in Business related discipline;
2. Minimum 3 years of Buying/ footwear and/or fashion merchandising and/or Trading
3. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
4. Well organized is a must for this role
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
6. Positive working attitude and willing to learn
7. Hardworking and self-motivated
8. Able to work under pressure
9. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
10. Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross functional teams
11. Proficiency with MS Excel
