As a Project Manager for ZURU Showrooms, you will be responsible for creating showrooms, booths and Toy Exhibitions. Take the lead on a given project, from concept development to final production output. Conduct market research, develop concepts, manage planning and costs, manage internal and external partners until successful execution of spaces that will embody our products and brands.

Duties & Responsibilities 


• Manage planning and budget for creation and execution of company’s toy showroom, toy fair booths and toy exhibitions 

• Coordinate with team to ensure samples and planograms are accurate for localized markets 

• Communicate and manage execution of production with team members and outside vendors 

• Monitor competitive market, keeping up with trends in toy industry 

• Visually bring direction from Marketing and Creative Team to life, providing creative design for toy showroom, toy fair booths and toy exhibitions. 

• Decide on graphic layouts, materials, lighting, proportions & measurements 

• Manage team for design output, activation ordering and prototype allocation

• A positive attitude and collaborative personality are essential. 


Relevant Background 


• 3+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator 
 
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a plus.  


• Good command in English required. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
