Responsibilities  

• Ensure standardization and consistency in operational risk management (ORM) framework, policies and procedures applicable to regular operational risk review
• Assist to initiate operational review to identify possible operational risks, assessment and mitigation of risk
• Support the transactional surveillance projects to detect potential regulatory and internal policy violations, ensure the update of transactional surveillance workflow policy and procedure in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Provide project management support for the department from requirement study, project planning, implementation to test planning
• Perform the annual due diligence on OTC products, contribute to process automation, improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects to strengthen process control and efficiency

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in financial services industry, with exposure to risk management, business analysis, project management or quality assurance a definite advantage
• Good business sense, analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
