Responsibilities:

• Handle full range of legal, company secretarial and compliance works independently
• Draft, review and comment a variety of legal and commercial contracts, agreements, correspondences, Terms & Conditions and marketing materials etc.
• Provide legal advice to business teams and resolve legal / dispute matters
• Involve in all legal related activities of the company
• Prepare training materials, deliver compliance activities and trainings/meetings regularly per Headquarter’s instructions
• Perform company secretarial work
• Coordinate with internal / external interfaces in relation to the legal aspects / regulatory affairs
• Maintain and manage database and filing system for all legal documents

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Law
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from in-house legal department
• Good business acumen, with good analytical and communication skills
• Independent, detail-minded and self-motived
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good command in using MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
