Responsibilities 崗位描述

• Assist in providing legal support to the company and senior management
• Review and preparation for contracts and other legal documentation
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Translating documents from English to Chinese, and vice versa
• Managing corporate and legal contracts and documents
• Ad hoc and general support work as assigned by senior management

• 審查和準備合同和其他法律文檔

• 中英文翻譯工作
• 管理公司的法律相關合同和文檔
• 管理層安排的其他支持工作

Requirements 入職要求

• Degree or above in legal studies or equivalent discipline, a degree in the translation and Business Administration with working experience in a law firm or in a similar position will also be considered
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in legal positions, relevant work experience in Chinese enterprises in a MUST
  
• Highly proficient in English and Mandarin with excellent writing skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, to manage time effectively and to prioritize assignments
• Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information
• Welcome ING or dependant visa applicant

• 法律或相關專業的本科或以上學歷，翻譯和工商管理本科以上學位如有相關經驗都予以考慮
• 至少3-5年法律相關工作經驗，中資企業相關工作經驗
• 英語、普通話流利，書寫能力強
• 非常有條理，注重細節
• 優秀的寫作和組織能力
• 能夠同時處理多項任務，有效地管理時間，優先分配任務
• 具備判斷力和處理機密資訊的能力
